Worst app ever!!! Not user friendly. Showing me only two times to purchase tickets, but when I go on the computer I have all the times available. Harkins its 2017 not 2007. Please get with the program. Update your app and make the UI much easier and friendlier. If not, Ill keep going to the other movie theater (3 letters).
As more and more theaters are going to reserving seats and using technology/mobile devices, I found that I can not use "Harkins Movie Pass" (VIP Classic or VIP Ultimate". I receive these passes from friends and coworkers often. But my local theater now uses seating reservations and when I try to purchases tickets, I can not use the movie passes that I received. I have been told by Harkins employees that I must purchases the tickets in person at a theater in order to use the passes. PLEASE HARKINS, address this! Let me use my movie passes on your app or other third party apps.
Used to be a good app. Now...it doesnt work and drives me to use Flixter or Fandango with more theatres to pick from.
The movie trailers will run for 15 to 20 seconds and then stop. To hit the play button again, the trailer will start up again, then will quit again very quickly. This is so frustrating!
GPS and iOS 7 issues make this terrible, but the data is wrong, making it worthless. It kills the background audio every time it starts, making it insulting. This is not an audio app, why kill the sound every time? Because this is a really terrible app. Dont download this, and dont go to Harkins if this is their idea of "quality". Who is responsible for this mess?
There was an option to add upcoming movies to my calendar. Also, would like a feature to inform someone of disturbances during the movie.
The show times are often inaccurate. Use the web browser until they can figure out how to update their app. Disappointing to show up and no movie!
Ive never had a problem, and I purchase my tickets on my iPhone 5 all the time. I love this app.
Thank you for finally resolving the format issues solid app if you go to Harkins!!!! You guys should replace the synopsis book at guest services with an iPad or tablet loaded with this app it would be ten times more helpful for guests and bring Harkins into the new age of tech after all it is the ultimate movie going experience!

It tells me that there are no theaters near me. Even when I changed the settings to show all theaters it still said there were no theaters. Because of this I cannot look up show times,which would be the main reason why I would use this app. Deleted this waste of space on my phone.
The app isnt working and hasnt been since yesterday. If it doesnt work, what is the purpose?
This went from working, to not working after the recent update. No Theaters in my area? Really? arghhhh
Decent app, would be more useful with passbook integration. Could use an iOS-7 refresh too.
