Why am I forced to give this app 1 star?

How is it possible that the best movie chain has the worst app? Will not access the Internet and will not work. Have made sure it has access to my location services and have allowed data roaming and still NOTHING no matter how many times I delete and reinstall. THIS APP IS USELESS TO ME!
